LEEWAY HOUSE
Leeway House is a traditional, detached four double bedroom house in the coastal town of Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Situated only eight minutes walk to the Cowes Yacht Haven, High Street & offering easy access across the island, the house is ideally placed for a Wight adventure, sailing in Cowes or a culinary, relaxing break. Sleeping eight guests over three floors, (ten on request) with off street parking, kitchen diner with table for ten & a sun soaked terrace with lounge seating, outdoor dining table for twelve & coal BBQ, Leeway House the ultimate coastal bolthole.
THE HOUSE
The house is situated on Mill Hill, a classic island street with a variety of victorian houses leading down to the waterside. At the bottom of Mill HIll, just eight minutes walk, the main Cowes High Street & marinas can be found as well as access to the RedJet passenger ferry from Southampton. Also via the floating bridge to East Cowes, the Red Funnel car ferry can be found providing incredibly easy access from the mainland. Four double bedrooms, all with kingsize beds, are situated on the first & second floors. Two rooms benefit from ensuite facilities with the other two rooms sharing a bathroom with roll top bath. There are views over the Solent & Cowes Yacht Haven from both front & rear bedrooms. The ground floor has a large spacious lounge & library, comfy seating for eight, fifty inch TV, log burner & plenty of reading material! The traditional hallway leads through to the kitchen diner, an fantastic space to entertain with a five burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine & toaster. The kitchen island has high stools whilst the rustic solid wood table can accommodate ten guests. A separate pantry offers ample refrigerated storage & dry storage. Leading off the kitchen a utility area with washing & drying facilities & downstairs WC can be found The rear garden terrace is soaked in sun all day with the outdoor dining table accommodating up to twelve comfortably & ample sofa seating on the lower terrace with coal BBQ
The drive to the front of the property offers off street parking for two cars with additional street parking if required.

AVAILABILITY
To check availability please get in contact with us. A seven night stay with us generally runs Friday to Friday, however we can accommodate shorter stays & discounts for reduced occupancy when bedrooms are not used maybe available.
